Most of what we build belongs to our clients. These three are ours: a WhatsApp CRM that runs a sales team, and two free Windows apps — a media player and a video repair tool. Use them, and judge our work by them.

WhatsApp Business CRM
hashChat lets a whole sales team work one WhatsApp number — shared inbox, contacts, pipelines and broadcasts on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, running on our own servers instead of a reseller's.

What it does
- Shared team inbox — voice notes, media and replies in one thread
- Contacts, tags and sales pipelines next to the conversation
- Broadcast campaigns with per-plan send caps enforced server-side
- Native Android app with calls, offline cache and push notifications
- Self-hosted Supabase and Postgres on our own VPS, with nightly backups and a tested restore
Honest limits
- It uses Meta's official API, so every number goes through Meta's own setup and sending limits — there is no “unofficial” shortcut.
- The Android app is installed from hashchat.uk (APK), not from Google Play yet.
- No iPhone app — on iPhone, use the web app in Safari.
SK Player
Media player
SK Player is a free media player for Windows built on libVLC — the playback engine inside VLC — so it opens almost any video or audio file without installing a codec pack.

What it does
- MKV, MP4, AVI, MOV, WebM, TS, WMV and more — H.264, H.265/HEVC, AV1, VP9 and 10-bit video
- Picture controls: brightness, contrast, saturation, gamma and hue (Alt+↑/↓ or Ctrl+scroll for brightness)
- Resumes long videos where you stopped and queues the rest of the folder — made for watching episodes
- Audio and subtitle track switching, external subtitles, and a delay setting for both
- Speed 0.25×–4×, volume up to 200%, A→B loop, frame stepping and snapshots
- VLC's keyboard shortcuts, so there is nothing to relearn
- Network streams (HTTP, HLS, RTSP) and a proper entry in Open with and Default apps
Honest limits
- Windows only (64-bit). There is no Mac, Linux or phone version.
- GPU decoding is off by default — it froze 10-bit video on some Intel graphics — so very high-resolution video uses more CPU. It can be switched on from the Video menu.
- Menus are in English; a few messages are in Roman Urdu.
SK Video Repair
Video repair
SK Video Repair fixes videos that won't play — downloads that stopped halfway, phone recordings cut off when the battery died, and files brought back by data-recovery tools. The original is never touched: the fixed copy is saved beside it as “name (repaired)”.
Measured on our own test set: 18 of 25 damaged phone recordings came back as a watchable video.

What it does
- Quick fix: rebuilds the file in seconds without re-encoding — for videos that stutter, won't seek, or stopped downloading partway
- Deep fix: re-encodes to H.264/AAC when frames are damaged and show green or grey blocks
- Phone and camera recovery: rebuilds MP4/MOV files whose index — or whole header — is missing, using a healthy video from the same folder as the reference, which it finds on its own
- After a phone recovery, checks that the result actually shows a picture before calling it fixed
- Saves the photo when a recovered “.mp4” is really a JPEG or PNG
- Right-click any video in File Explorer to send it straight to the repair app; SK Player offers it when a file won't play
Honest limits
- It cannot bring back data that is gone. If the file was overwritten, no tool can recover it.
- Phone recovery needs at least one healthy video from the same phone or camera — in the same folder, or one you pick.
- Recovering a file with no header at all works for H.264 video; H.265/HEVC phone recordings without a header are not supported yet.
- The interface is in Roman Urdu.
Installing on Windows
Our installers are not code-signed yet, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” the first time. Click More info, then Run anyway. The first launch can take up to half a minute while your antivirus scans the new files; after that it opens in a few seconds.
